Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the GreenAnalytix waitlist at greenanalytix.com (the "Site") while GreenAnalytix is in pre-launch. By submitting the waitlist form you agree to these terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The Site is operated by GreenAnalytix (operated by its founder, Mohammed Safwan), United Arab Emirates. Contact: hello@greenanalytix.com.

2. What the waitlist is

The waitlist collects a work email address, country and role so GreenAnalytix can send launch updates and, where relevant, invite you to early access. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a subscription, or any contractual relationship beyond what is described here.

Submissions post to a serverless endpoint on this domain (/api/waitlist) hosted by Vercel, are written to a Supabase Postgres database in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region, and trigger a confirmation email sent via Resend. The endpoint applies rate limiting to protect the form; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that records and for how long.

3. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe the GreenAnalytix product and to collect waitlist interest. You agree not to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the Site, or use the waitlist form for any purpose other than joining the waitlist.

4. No service commitment yet

GreenAnalytix is a product under active development. Nothing on this Site is an offer to provide the GreenAnalytix platform on any particular date, at any particular price, or with any particular feature set. Product details described on the Site may change before general availability.

5. Figures shown on the Site

Product views shown on the Site are illustrative and do not represent any client's data or results. Regulatory figures cited on the Site are taken from the published sources named alongside them and were correct at the last-updated date above; verify current figures with the issuing authority before relying on them.

6. Your data

See the Privacy Policy for how your waitlist information is collected, stored and used. In short: it is used only to communicate with you about GreenAnalytix and is never sold.

7. Intellectual property

The GreenAnalytix name, logo and Site content are the property of GreenAnalytix. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product and waitlist evolve. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory local rights you have where you live — including the UK GDPR for UK residents. See the Privacy Policy for the controller identity, lawful basis, processors, transfers and your data rights.
